Claire Crowe, LMSW
Claire is passionate about working with clients who are ready to rewrite the patterns that are keeping them stuck. As a therapist, wife, and mother, she is endlessly curious about how relationships impact our lives and can always spot an opportunity for empowered change.
From a foundation of deep understanding and compassion, Claire offers tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to find opportunities to develop insight and approach problems from a new perspective. Claire is able to see the strengths in each person she works with, from adolescence through retirement, and help leverage those strengths to find a sense of empowerment and hope. Claire works with individuals managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, as well as those navigating the strengths and challenges of neurodivergence.
In addition to individuals, Claire works with couples who are experiencing a sense of disconnection, offering evidence based tools to enhance communication, and improve relationship satisfaction. Claire has completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) designed to clear traumatic memories and rewrite negative beliefs.
Claire is currently accepting new clients, in-person in Midland, and virtually across Michigan. Please reach out to schedule an initial consult to see if working with Claire is your next right step.
