Hello! My name is Nicole! Thank you for considering me as your licensure supervisor and congratulations on getting ready to take your next step in professional growth.

I graduated from Central Michigan University in 2016 with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling, completed additional training to meet requirements in the State of Michigan to provide LLC supervision, in addition to meeting the hours of experience and training to be an Applied Clinical Supervisor. My clinical experience ranges from outpatient care in private practice to crisis work within a hospital setting treating the full spectrum of disorders. The past several years I was a part of the leadership and development team of one of the largest local for profit practices, responsible for training new clinicians in use of feedback informed treatment, clinical documentation, and developing deliberate practice on a clinic wide scale.

Beyond experience, I’m a driven and empathetic individual with a passion for learning new modes and theories of healing and keeping up to date on research for clinical practice.
