A tabletop role-playing group therapy- Collaborative story-driven therapy group used to foster social growth, emotional skills and self-discovery with a trained therapist game master. This group is covered by insurance, and $45 per person if paying for cash.
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE?
TEEN: Individuals in high school looking to improve their social skills around new connections/conversations, managing social anxiety, or increasing confidence in social settings. If you have a teen you think may benefit from this group but does not fall in one of those categories, please reach out to the facilitator Amanda at aceberbach@miwellrootedcounseling.com
ADULTS: Individuals 18 and older with an openness to tabletop gaming and looking to increase confidence in social situations, practice interpersonal skills or learn more about themselves through adult therapeutic play.
DBT Skills Group- Virtual (Estimated Start March 2026)
WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE? Individuals with strong emotions, difficulty coping with life’s problems, problems in relationships and/or looking to grow present moment awareness. Learn the core skills of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) including emotion regulation, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance.
