Sarah Rudel, LMSW

Sarah is a wife, mother and therapist of nearly five years. She works with broad spectrum of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and mood disorders with a special interest in working with people going through major live transitions who find themselves needing a little extra support, wanting to improve their relationship with eating or movement, and doubting their day to day experiences because of anxiety.

She is skilled in addressing the complex, interconnected nature of eating disorders and other mental health challenges, recognizing that healing often requires addressing both physical and emotional aspects of well-being. This has come from years of rigorous training and mentorship in treatment of eating disorders prior to becoming a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and active membership with International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. Sarah also takes a collaborative approach, working alongside dietitians, medical professionals, and other specialists to ensure individuals receive comprehensive and holistic care.

Sarah uses an integrative, evidence-based approach that is personalized to meet the unique needs of each person. She believes in supporting clients to explore the emotional, psychological, and behavioral factors that influence their well-being, providing a space where individuals can feel heard, and empowered on their journey to recovery and well-being.

With a focus on self-compassion, resilience, and lasting change, Sarah is dedicated to helping people improve their mental health, build healthy coping strategies, and cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling life.
